In September, Prime Search — together with Orienta Czech and GLOBL — completed the 100th recruitment project of 2026. And we are still only in month nine.
The milestone
One hundred completed recruitment projects in a single year — reached in September, with a full quarter still to go. Each project means one employer, one campaign: aligning requirements, sourcing candidates, interviews and trade tests, employer selection, documentation and deployment. One hundred times this year, that cycle was completed end to end.
The numbers behind it
So far in 2026: 100 recruitment projects and 1,800+ newly recruited OFWs, with Europe as the destination. And the pace is increasing, not slowing: over the next two weeks alone, our teams are recruiting for 345+ job opportunities across 13 European employers in 3 countries — which means we expect to cross 2,000+ recruited workers through the Prime Search × GLOBL cooperation before September is over.

This scale comes from a single integrated pipeline: Prime Search on the ground in the Philippines — sourcing, screening, trade testing and DMW-compliant processing — connected with Orienta Czech and GLOBL on the European side, where employers are onboarded, legal employment is arranged and workers are supported after arrival. Celebrating where it matters
On 29 September, we will once again be the General Gold Partner of Czech National Day in Manila, organized by the Embassy of the Czech Republic. Together with representatives of embassies, DMW, Philippine authorities and Congress members, Czech expats, business leaders and partners, we will celebrate another year of stronger connections between the Philippines and Europe.
