Official scam warning · read before you apply

Nobody will ask you money to get interview.

Nobody will ask you money to get interview. Again and again, people pretend to be Prime Search and ask applicants to pay — for an interview, for a seminar, to skip the line, for a "guaranteed" job. All of it is fraud. Here is how it really works and how to protect yourself.

The three things that are never true

  • "Pay to get an interview." Nobody from us will ever ask you for money to be scheduled, listed or invited to an interview. Interview invitations are free and come only through the channels in the job post.
  • "Pay to attend a seminar / orientation / skip the line." There is no paid seminar, no VIP list, no way to buy priority. Everyone goes through the same process.
  • "Pay for a guaranteed job." Nobody can guarantee you a job — because the final selection is always made by our client, the employer, after interviews and trade tests. Anyone promising a guaranteed placement for a fee is lying to you.

If a message contains any of these three, stop. It is not Prime Search. It is someone trying to profit from our name.

How the real process works

Every position is posted on our official Facebook page with clear instructions and an official @primesearchmanpower.com email address. You apply as the post says. If you match the requirements, you are invited to an interview and, for technical roles, a trade test. The employer then decides. That is the whole process — and none of it costs you money to enter.

How to recognize a scammer

  • Asks for any payment, "processing fee", "reservation fee" or "training fee" in exchange for access
  • Writes from Gmail, Yahoo or a misspelled domain instead of @primesearchmanpower.com
  • Contacts you from a personal profile, a fake page or a Telegram/Viber group claiming to be "Prime Search staff"
  • Promises a guaranteed job, a fixed departure date or "no interview needed"
  • Pressures you to decide or pay quickly "before the slot is gone"

What to do

Don't pay. Don't send documents. Report it. Send screenshots to info@primesearchmanpower.com or call +63 2 7001 9795. We report fake accounts and pages so that fewer people get hurt. You can also verify any offer by checking our official page: facebook.com/share/17ntApVpwC.
