Why the Czech Republic

The Czech Republic sits in the heart of Europe with one of the lowest unemployment rates in the EU. Its economy is built on manufacturing — automotive, aerospace, machinery, electronics and metal fabrication — and factories consistently need reliable, skilled people. Many of our employer partners here have worked with Filipino teams for years.

Typical positions

  • CNC operators, machine operators and production workers
  • Welders (MIG/MAG, TIG) and metal fabricators
  • Assembly line workers in automotive and electronics
  • Warehouse and logistics operators, forklift drivers
  • Quality inspectors and maintenance technicians

Each job post lists the exact requirements — experience, trade test, language level — for that employer.

How the process works

You apply exactly as the job post instructs. Shortlisted candidates are invited to an interview and, for technical roles, a trade test in the Philippines (attendance in person is required). The employer makes the final selection. We then guide selected workers through medical, visa, DMW and pre-departure requirements. From job order to deployment typically takes 3–5 months.

Life and work

Workers are employed under Czech labour law with the same protections as local employees, on top of the Philippine DMW framework. Accommodation is usually arranged near the workplace. English is enough for most factory roles at the start; basic Czech comes with time and helps a lot in daily life.
