Two photos taken hours apart in our Makati office — two groups at two different moments of the same journey from the Philippines to the Czech Republic.

The guys in white have just found out they were successfully selected by our client in the Czech Republic. The smiles are real — but for them, the process starts now: medical, documentation, visa, DMW approvals, pre-departure preparation. And at the end of it, a flight to Europe to start the job they have been working towards.
The second photo: days from departure
The group in black is at the other end of that same process. Pre-departure orientation completed, documents in hand, the Philippine part done. In just a few days they will be with our client in the Czech Republic.
