A program through which Prime Search, Orienta Czech and our founders regularly support children from orphanages and disadvantaged families in the Philippines — not as a one-time donation, but as a commitment.
Why this program exists
For years, the Philippines has been at the heart of what we do. We have built a company here, an amazing team, and every year we help thousands of Filipinos take the next step towards their dream careers abroad. But not everyone is at that stage of their journey yet. Some are only at the very beginning — children growing up in orphanages, in difficult circumstances, or in families that simply cannot give them the same starting opportunities as others. They deserve our attention too.
What Hands Together, Hearts Forever is
A program initiated by our co-founder Tomas Surka, through which we regularly support children from orphanages and disadvantaged families in the Philippines — with personal contributions from our founders and partners, Prime Search Manpower Agency Inc. and Orienta Czech. Not a one-time visit or a one-time donation, but something we want to continue: helping with practical needs, education, opportunities — and, hopefully, giving some of these children a slightly better starting position in life.
The first visit
Our team spent an afternoon with nearly 75 children, including orphans and children facing difficult circumstances. We brought gifts, school supplies and essential necessities — and shared an afternoon of connection and care. The supplies met practical needs. The time together reminded us of something equally important: every child deserves attention, dignity, and the opportunity to grow up feeling supported.
A responsibility beyond the day itself
A single visit cannot address every challenge these children face — meaningful support requires continued effort, and that is exactly what this program commits to. Today they may need school supplies, basic necessities, some toys, and someone who simply shows that they care. And who knows? Maybe one day, when they grow up, we will be there again — this time helping them find their dream job somewhere in the world.
Why we share this
As a company, we measure progress through growth and results — deployments, employers, destinations. But progress also matters for what it allows: contributing to the lives of others. Providing jobs. Changing lives. Sometimes that starts long before the first job application.
