1.5 million followers. And that's not even the number we're most proud of.
In November 2024, Prime Search received its DMW license — a small startup with big ambitions and a lot to prove. Less than two years later, 1.5 million people follow the journey.
From startup to powerhouse
When Prime Search received its DMW license in November 2024, we were a small startup with big ambitions and a lot to prove. Less than two years later, we have grown into one of the fastest-growing names in Philippine overseas recruitment — a recruitment platform connecting Filipino talent with employers across Europe, the GCC and beyond.
The reach — 100% organic
1.5 million followers, built without a single paid follower. 50+ million views on our content every month. 100,000+ people talking about us on any given day — the very top of engagement among Philippine recruitment agencies. This reach is not a vanity metric: it is why a job post fills with qualified applicants within hours, and why employers can count on candidates at scale.
The numbers that matter more
Social media only tells part of the story. September 2026 was the biggest month in our history: 629 workers recruited and 217 workers deployed overseas — in a single month. Every month, thousands of candidates come through our doors; every year, thousands of Filipinos take the next step towards their dream jobs overseas with our help. Read the details: the September recap and 217 workers in 30 days.
Why it all counts
Behind every recruitment, every deployment and every number is a real person — someone taking a big step towards a better future, often for their entire family. We didn't build Prime Search to collect followers. We built it to create opportunities. The fact that 1.5 million people now follow that journey is the kind of trust we intend to keep earning.
Thank you
To our team, our clients, our partners — and to every single follower, worker and family who has been part of this story: maraming salamat po. What a ride these past two years have been. And something tells us we are still just getting started. Providing jobs. Changing lives.
