In September 2026 we ran 25 employer recruitment campaigns — roughly one new campaign every working day — covering 629 positions across four countries in Europe and the Gulf. That makes September the biggest month in our history by total workers recruited — with single campaigns as large as 125 and 117 positions, sourced, tested and interviewed within days, not months.
What we recruited for
The breadth is the point — one operation, one month, twelve-plus professions:
- 310 CNC & machine operators, production roles
- 117 professional truck drivers — one client, recruited in 5 days
- 75 warehouse & logistics — forklift operators, packers
- 57 metal fabrication & welders
- 42 construction trades — including 27 workers for the UAE recruited in 3 days
- 26 food production & kitchen professionals
- 2 specialist household staff
From a single chef to 125 operators for one plant — the process scales in both directions.
How 25 clients fit into one month
8 clients joined us on site in Manila — watching trade tests and interviewing candidates in person. The other 17 ran their selection live online or delegated it with recorded interviews and structured evaluations. Parallel pipelines, each with its own testing standard and selection days — possible only because we are permanently on the ground, not visiting on recruitment missions.
